Animation Collective is looking for Background Layout Artist
Starting Date: ASAP
Job details: BG Layout Artist needed for animated series. Will work with BG Layout Supervisor in creating all the positioning, perspective, and composition of the 3D backgrounds for each episode, referring to the storyboards and notes gathered on the relevant geography from the Directors, BG Layout Supervisor, and Production Coordinators. The BG Layout Artist\'s responsibility is to determine how to compose the scene using cameras in Maya in order to interpret storyboard sketches. Must be able to work in a
fast paced environment and be extremely organized. Must have a knowledge of the animation and production process, take direction well, and be flexible.
