Mainframe Entertainment Inc. is looking for 2D Compositor Job details: Responsibilities: Create high resolution production stills, character poses and ancillary imagery based on Mainframe productions and in accordance with delivery requirements and per customized artwork requests. Duties: - Create high resolution digital production stills, character poses and ancillary imagery based on Mainframe productions in accordance with delivery requirements and per customized artwork requests - Fulfill department team requirements: participating in regular and special meetings, filling out time sheets, occasionally working after-hours, organizing and backing up your own data Qualifications: - Degree/diploma in fine arts or animation or equivalent experience - Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Photoshop and XSI - Experience with Maya or other 3D packages - Strong understanding of composition, lighting and colour theory - Degree/diploma in fine arts or animation or equivalent experience - Minimum 2 years industry or equivalent experience - Good computer literacy, previous experience with Macintosh and Linux platforms - Previous experience using a Wacom tablet an asset Thank you in advance for your application!
