The ability to supply well-presented examples or a pertinent show reel that demonstrate your knowledge and execution of timing, weight, expression, posing, etc. Able to showcase a healthy percentage of your work showing realistic, human-proportioned bipedal animation. Experienced enough to have worked on two or more published titles at a senior level of responsibility as a character animator. Experienced in systems control animation, not limited to cinematic and cut scene work. Professionally conversant in Maya and / or Max. Professional and effective at communicating directives, ideas and critique within an animation team as well as attending and contributing to departmental lead and producer meetings as required.
