As a side thing between projects I provide character animation training products for both Maya (Animator's Gym CD/DVD) and Lightwave (Just Animate - Walk Cycles).
I also use Max in production (recently finished using it for some of the game cinematics for the Stuart Little 2 PC game) and was considering creating a training CD for Max similar to the one I created for Lightwave:
