I installed DX 8.1 and tried to use Direct 3d on my system.....every thing goes fine but in Win98 the geometry is leaving trails while i try to manipulate it but i m not having this problem in Win2K.
THough the problem doesn't exitsts in Win2k but something goes wrong when i open netmeting while max is running...it gives a Direct 3d memory error...and if i try to open max while netmeeting is on an eroor appears saying that no supported direct 3d hardware found( though it detects the haedware if i run max prior to netmeeting)...
