| subject: Accounting Manager , The Orphanage, Inc The Orphanage, Inc is looking for Accounting Manager Starting Date: ASAP , duration - Permanent Job details: Accounting Manager needed for VFX Studio and Animation Studio Job Duties: Production Related: Generate and review weekly project cost reports Work with producers to track all costs by maintaining and provided detailed cost information Assist show producers by preparing project and shot cost estimates Prepare status reports, cost analysis, and related reports General Accounting Related: Payroll Accounts Payable Purchasing Ad Hoc reporting and financial analysis Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Finance or Accounting 2 years related industry experience 3-5 years experience as an accountant Must have solid knowledge of accounts payable principles, procedures and standards Proactive, attention to detail, self-directed, and work well in a fast-paced environment Goal driven and people oriented Excellent written and oral communication skills Excellent organization and time skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and understands and adheres to strict deadlines Strong teamwork, multi-tasking, and analytical skills required Fully functional with Microsoft Office software including Outlook and Word Advanced Excel skills About The Orphanage: Few entertainment companies embrace the future of filmmaking more passionately than The Orphanage.
