| subject: Adjunct Faculty Media Arts & Animation , The Illinois Institute of Art-Chicago The Illinois Institute of Art-Chicago is looking for Adjunct Faculty Media Arts & Animation duration - Part-Time Job details: The Illinois Institute of Art- Chicago is an institution of higher education dedicated to providing programs, services and learning environment to enable creative and talented students to realize their professional and personal potential for achievement in the visual and practical art. We are currently seeking Instructors for our Media Arts & Animation Department. Curriculum focus requires candidates to have experience / education in: Maya: render layers, particles, and dynamics. Candidate needs experience in all types 3D effects, compositing and simulations. Solid understanding of compositing using After Effects or similar software. Experience with fur, cloth, tracking and fluids a plus. Candidates must have a master,s degree; industry experience, and college level teaching experience. Candidates should be prepared to present copies of transcripts, portfolio of professional work (if applicable) and samples of student work if invited for an interview.
