| subject: Animation Supervisor , DAMC DAMC is looking for Animation Supervisor Starting Date: Full-time, On-site Contract , duration - 6 weeks, starting ASAP Job details: Position type: Fulltime on site with a temp to perm possibility Job Summary: Character Animation Supervisors are responsible for leading an animation team in providing choreography and performance for characters and props. Requirements: Work with VFX Supervisor to create convincing performances and motion of all types and styles Provide leadership for the animation team including education and mentoring for animators Coordinate with production on developing project schedules and delivering shots within those schedules Assign shots to Animators and ensure all relevant reference is available Solve an Animator\'s creative and technical issues Create and manage a project\'s motion library Work with the Modeling Department to ensure that models are suitable for rigging and performance needs Provide the Rigging Department with standards ensuring the delivery of a rig that will meet an Animator's need for control, functionality, usability and performance Work with software department for the continued development of all animation tools and sessions, identify bugs, provide workarounds Interested?
