| subject: Animator , Factor 5 Factor 5 is looking for Animator duration - Full Time Job details: Animator Factor 5 is looking for an Animator to bring characters to life in a next-generation title set in an original universe. Primary Responsibilities Animate characters for in-game use; the ability to go from cartoon style animation to realistic animation is preferred. Take direction from the Lead Animator and Character Technical Director Secondary Responsibilities Problem-solve with other team members when confronted with technical limitations or other challenges. Familiarize new animators with the tools and processes used at Factor 5. Job Requirements Bachelor of Fine Arts or equivalent background in animation-related field Proficiency with rigging for animation preferred Production environment experience: one shipped project Team-oriented with the ability to communicate effectively with others Attention to detail Bonus points for martial arts experience Willing to work additional hours when necessary Submission Requirements Demonstrable talent with physical animation A solid traditional art foundation expressed through figure drawing Examples of cartoon and realistic animation preferred Interested applicants should forward cover letter, resume/CV and demo reel to Factor 5.
