| subject: Animator , Gas Powered Games Gas Powered Games is looking for Animator duration - Full Time Job details: Animator Responsibilities Animators will have the opportunity to bring to life a broad range of 3D characters for our original IP projects. Duties will also include facial animation for low- and high-resolution characters. Required Degree in Animation or equivalent work experience as an animator. Thorough understanding of polygonal modeling, UV texture mapping, character rigging, and 3d animation in 3DS Max/Character Studio (preferred), or Maya. Proven ability to apply traditional animation principles to 3d characters. Experienced with procedural animation, including cloth simulation, dynamics, and particle-based systems. An understanding of human and animal anatomy. Strong traditional art background. Experience with Photoshop Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills Please use Animator as the subject line when submitting resumes.
