| subject: Animator for stop-frame shoot in Poland , Breakthru Films Breakthru Films is looking for Animator for stop-frame shoot in Poland Starting Date: asap , duration - 1- 1 1/2 months (until end Aug Job details: We are shooting a stop-motion animated version of Prokofiev's "Peter & the Wolf", directed by BAFTA winner Suzie Templeton, in Lodz,Poland. We are due to finish at the end of August, and need to find two experienced stop-frame animators available as soon as possible, until the end of the shoot. BreakThru Films, who are producing the film, are a live action and animation company based in the UK, with over 20years experience of stop-frame, CGI and traditional 2D animation. This is a prestigious project to be involved with, and will be screened with live orchestral accompaniment around U.S. and the rest of the world. Premiere is at the Royal Albert Hall in London, where BreakThru Films is based, on 23rd September 2006. It is also due to be released on TV at Christmas (Ch.4 in the UK and numerous other worldwide TV stations) and DVD in the Autumn. We are shooting on Canon EOS digital stills cameras on sets that measure over 70m in parts. The film is being shot in OSCAR winning Se-Ma-For studios in Poland, but the language spoken on set is English. We don't have a lot of money to offer, as the job is based on Polish animator rates, but it is somewhat negotiable and accommodation is provided.
