| subject: Art Director , Destineer Destineer is looking for Art Director duration - Full Time Job details: Art Director Destineer is seeking Art Directors for both our Minneapolis, MN and Raleigh, NC studios. These positions will play critical roles in establishing our cultural relevance. In your tool chest you will have a proprietary game engine designed specifically for the game were making, a team of very talented artists, and one of the most relevant subject matters of our time. RESPONSIBILITIES: - Drive a unique and consistent visual style that accentuates the mood and energy of the game experience - Direct efforts of a team of artists as they execute the vision based on defined objectives and milestones - Refine and manage the art production pipeline - Help select additional artists and animators to join team REQUIREMENTS: - Experience managing and mentoring teams of artists - At least three years of relevant 3D art experience - Exceptional portfolio showing traditional and computer art skills - High level of proficiency with either 3DS Max or Maya - Strong time-management, organizational, and leadership skills - Demonstrated ability to establish a compelling visual style Come join Destineer and help solve the most interesting creative challenges in videogames and make some of the most culturally relevant games of our time.
