| subject: Art Manager , Datascope Recruitment Datascope Recruitment is looking for Art Manager Starting Date: full-time Job details: We are managing all of Sony Computer Entertainment's games recruitment and the London office is a world class development studio. It has unrivalled development facilities and offers a creative and stimulating environment coupled with access to the best London has to offer from their Soho office. Currently under wraps, this project is an entirely new intellectual property within Sony Computer Entertainment. The scale of this project is both large and ambitious and will appeal to anyone looking to step up to the challenge of a multi-million dollar production. They currently require an Art Manager to be in responsible for the day-to-day organisation and management of a large internal art team along with a substantial out-sourcing resource. This is a true management role working in partnership with the Art Director to ensure the delivery of their creative vision. You will have specific and senior responsibility in delivering all of, or significant components of, the art for a major game franchise on current generation hardware. AND/OR team management experience running comparable TV/film or commercial projects. Experience acting as the liaison for a significant out-sourced component of a project would be an advantage, as would experience as an Art Lead of an external team subcontracted to build a significant portion of a game.
