| subject: BDM Video, Eastern Europe , Apple Apple is looking for BDM Video, Eastern Europe duration - Full-Time Job details: In close cooperation with the European Pro Markets team, the Business Development Manager Video (BDMV) will be responsible for executing and communicating Video segment plans, marketing strategy, to both internal and external stakeholders and for executing tactical plans for Video Segment in the territory. The job holder will be responsible for executing agreed programmes to achieve the Video growth targets. This role requires an experienced individual with background and deep knowledge in one or more of the segments covered. The role also includes frequent interaction with customers and resellers. Key Accountabilities: Develop a yearly business plan for segment including solutions to focus on, channel mix, programs and budgets. This will be developed in close cooperation with other segments to align with global company objectives. Assist EMEA Pro Markets Group in defining the quarterly/yearly targets/goals for the Segment. Work closely with other CEMEA and EMEA counterparts in WW Video segment team and leverage their efforts tactically. Work closely with Apple distributors on strategy implementation in local markets. Work with 3rd party vendors relevant for the Video segment at a regional level to execute plan/programs defined with Pro Markets Group, EMEA. Share local best practices within EMEA. Work with PR and Marcom. team to ensure that segment specific messaging is relayed. Ensure optimal ROI tracking for activities executed in the segment. Report regularly segment status, including distributor Hardware and BtB sales, proportion of direct sales, Channel and Customer metrics. Support analyst and PR activities as needed. Background Ideally the candidate will have at least three years experience in the Eastern European Video market in a sales or business development role. Other relevant experience will be considered. Ideally the candidate will be a graduate in Engineering or Business Studies with an electronics background. Other relevant experience will be considered. The ideal candidate will have work experience covering Eastern European markets and will be a fluent speaker of English and at least one of the key languages of the region (Hungarian, Czech, Slovak, Romanian, Bulgarian, Serbian or Croatian.
