| subject: Character Animator [Mid-level] , Pandemic Studios Pandemic Studios is looking for Character Animator [Mid-level] duration - Full Time Job details: Character Animator [Mid-level] Primary Responsibilities: * Creating character animation for next-generation assets and/or in-game cinematics. * Works closely with the Lead Animator and Art Director to establish a cohesive and consistent animation style. Required: * Minimum of 4yrs video games animation experience. * Undergraduate degree; or distinguished college coursework in relevant fields; or proven portfolio of equivalent industry experience * 3+ years experience in 3D key-frame animation * Extensive knowledge of character rigging and weighting * Exceptional understanding of traditional animation theory Preferences: * Experience with Softimage XSI * Experience with scripting in a 3d package Available: Immediately Relocation assistance is available to qualified candidates.
