| subject: Director Of Design , Iron Lore Entertainment Iron Lore Entertainment is looking for Director Of Design duration - Full Time Job details: Director Of Design Iron Lore Entertainment is looking for an experienced Director of Design with excellent leadership skills, a strong design sense, excellent writing skills and a deep understanding of games and gameplay mechanics. This is a unique opportunity to be a Director of Design with a progressive game developer working on blockbuster games. Duties: Manage, oversee, and direct members of the design team. Develop new game components and ideas consistent with the companys design philosophy Work with programmers, artists, and other designers to get major portions of the game developed with minimal supervision Help to establish and communicate the vision of future titles in a collaborative effort Ensure the fun and proper function and balance of game systems.
