WildTangent, Inc. is looking for Game Designer duration - Full Time Job details: Game Designer Game Designer Overview: WildStudios, is searching for a highly talented Game Designer to join our award-winning team developing groundbreaking, addictive games that redefine the term casual game. As a game designer you will play a key role in both defining and keeping the product vision as well as the essential mechanics of gameplay. Responsibilities: Actively participate in the development of product vision Maintain the vision of the game throughout the entire product lifecycle and coordinate guiding efforts of cross functional groups Responsible for final polish and difficulty tuning of games Create and maintain game design documents Qualifications: 3 or more years game design experience including lead experience on at least two shipped titles. Demonstrated proficiency at crafting, clearly articulating, and maintaining the creative vision throughout the entire product lifecycle Excellent verbal and written communication skills that include writing and maintaining GDDs Expert problem solver who excels at Out-of-the-box thinking Level design experience Experience creating and communicating user flows and wire frame UI mock-ups (e.g., Visio) Ability to quickly master new development tools and processes. Works well in a team environment Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple tasks A passion for playing and creating great games.
