Gimp: transparent background

Post reply

GreenCat
I've got an image that's got white behind it - the background of the web page is a gradient blue, so it looks goofy... I'd like to pull the 'content' on the image and then lay it down on a transparent background gif... Can anyone tell me how to do this easily? i've tried using the color picker but it always pulls way too much or not nearly enough of what's there..
