| subject: Graphic Designer , Mainframe Entertainment Inc. Mainframe Entertainment Inc. is looking for Graphic Designer Job details: Responsibilities: To work in the corporate/publicity Art Department to create design materials and elements for a variety of media, including print, web and broadcast. Duties: - Create promotional and publicity materials as required to support the needs of Mainframe?s development properties and ongoing productions, as well as projects undertaken for external clients - Conceptualize and produce front end design of websites for a variety of applications, some back end programming also required - Assist in the creation of high-resolution computer generated imagery based on Mainframe productions - Work closely with the corporate/publicity Art Department team and others to conceptualize and produce any necessary visual materials - Fulfill department team requirements: participating in regular and special meetings, filling out time sheets, occasionally working after-hours, organizing and backing up your own data Qualifications: - Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, and Flash - Basic to intermediate knowledge of HTML and Javascript - Degree/diploma in graphic design with minimum 2 years industry experience - Web training with minimum 1 year industry experience - Strong understanding of composition, layout and colour theory - Good computer literacy, previous experience with Macintosh platform - Experience with XSI and After Effects an asset Thank you in advance for your application!
