| subject: Human Resources Coordinator , Mainframe Entertainment Inc. Mainframe Entertainment Inc. is looking for Human Resources Coordinator duration - Indefinite Job details: We currently have an opening for the position of Human Resources Coordinator. This is a full time, permanent position reporting into the Director of Human Resources. The successful incumbent will manage the administrative function of the Human Resources Department including recruitment and HRIS. RECRUITMENT: - Assist in recruitment activities including coordination of interviews, job postings, making travel arrangements, conducting reference checks and other duties as assigned. - Assist with applicant tracking, including resumes, reels, and portfolios. - Prepare relocation expense statements and monitor relocation budget. - Prepare new hire kit including the offer letter, employee agreements, orientation binder, etc., and review the new hire kit with all new employees. - Coordinate and facilitate the new Employee Orientation Program and prepare all documents for the program. HRIS: - Administer the HRIS ensuring up-to-date employee information. - Produce and analyze HR reports, including generating weekly head count reports for department heads. - Track all contract expiration dates and coordinate approvals for extensions. - Generate all paperwork for employee changes, (i.e. promotion, salary increase, termination) and submit all employee changes to payroll and ensure data integrity is maintained. - Maintain employee files. QUALIFICATIONS: - Minimum 2 years experience in administrative capacity preferably in a high tech environment. - Undergraduate degree or a diploma in Human Resources discipline. - Knowledge of labour and employment legislation including ESA, Human Rights, etc. - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including intermediate level knowledge in Word, Excel, Outlook, and Powerpoint. - Working towards a CHRP designation is an asset.
