This position is responsible for conceptualizing and directing multimedia projects involving Flash and Video from concept to completion. Requirements: - Cutting edge creative design talent and skill - Knowledge of all phases of Interactive Product Development - 6+ years experience as an Interactive Designer/Art Director in Multimedia, Interactive Publishing, or Agency Creative, including management of creative staff - Able to clearly and professionally communicate visual solutions to marketing strategies, content, and business objectives - Able to effectively direct a team of Designers on multiple projects - Knowledge of HCI (Human Computer Interaction) principles and Web Design best practices - Able to work collaboratively with Information Architects to develop interaction ideas and develop Design solutions - Expert skills in Flash (including ActionScript), Photoshop, and Illustrator - Motion Graphics skills & experience a huge plus - BA/BS or above in design-related field preferred Please include a link to your on-line portfolio or samples of your best work along with your application.
