| subject: Junior Animation Scripter , Shiny Entertainment Shiny Entertainment is looking for Junior Animation Scripter duration - Full Time Job details: Junior Animation Scripter Job Function/Purpose: The Jr.Animation Scripter implements animations into the game engine using the proprietary scripting language to help create immersive gameplay. Primary Duties and Responsibilities: Adjusts timing of animation to improve the feel of gameplay. Coordinates with designers and adjusts settings of specific animations to ensure fun gameplay. Help develop smooth, realistic and dramatic animation assets, with a style that reflects real world physics and Hong Kong-style martial arts. Collaborate with the design team and Animation Director in implementation of animations within next-generation, multiplatform game engine. Perform research to acquire new knowledge necessary to perform assigned tasks. Minimum Qualifications: 0~2 years experience in the video game industry Knowledge of scripting programming languages (Java, C++) Experience with database and version control management of animation assets. Ability to quickly master proprietary tools and development processes. All-around experience with computer game technologies. Strong passion for creating immersive, high quality videogames. Excellent problem-solving and interpersonal communication skills. Capable of working both as a member of a team, and individually with minimum supervision.
