Massive Entertainment is currently looking for an experienced artist with excellent leader skills and prior experience from the games industry. This is a full time position and will require relocation to Malmweden. You will be the lead artist for our artist team, which consists of 11 members. You are an experienced 3D artist with breadth of artistic style. You have excellent leader and communication skills and the ability to plan, follow up and organize the team. You lead by example and have the ability to keep the team members motivated and enthusiastic. As a person you are creative, driven, cooperative, result oriented and have strong leading skills. We assume that you have very strong skills in written as well as verbal English communication. We can offer you a dynamic and fun environment, a friendly atmosphere and lots of creative colleagues. Required qualifications: Previous experience in the games industry Solid understanding of game creation Excellent leading and communication skills Passion for computer games Must relocate to Malmweden Technical qualifications: Modo Lightwave Photoshop Experience from working in a 3D-world Additional bonus skills: Previous experience leading an artist team Worked on shipped AAA titles Note that applications without demo samples will not be considered.
