Spark Unlimited, Inc. is looking for LEVEL DESIGNER duration - Full Time Job details: LEVEL DESIGNER SUMMARY: Responsible for designing/developing levels and implementing gameplay scenarios including: level construction, texturing, basic lighting, event scripting, AI scripting, game balancing and tuning for First Person Shooters on Next Generation Consoles and PCs. REQUIREMENTS: Ability to work within a schedule and work closely with the level design, artist, animation, and programming team members Level editor experience using Radiant, WorldCraft, Unreal Editor, or other 3D package Ability to learn and use new software applications Excellent oral and written communication skills 3+ years of experience as a Level Designer PREFERRED SKILLS: Console experience First Person Shooter Experience Multiple shipped titles Experience using a scripting language to create in-game events, control AI characters, and create in-game cut scenes PLUSES: Multiplayer design experience Architectural or art training Interest and understanding of modern and 20th century weapons and tactics HOW TO APPLY: 1.
