| subject: Level Designers Needed , Datascope Recruitment Datascope Recruitment is looking for Level Designers Needed duration - Indefinite Job details: Our client is an innovative and well known developer that has seen much success over the past decade. They pride themselves on having a fun work environment with the ability to get things done, and making games and technology that appeal to everyone. They are seeking level designers experienced with UnrealEd or equivalent tools, who can build solid, visually stunning environments and scenarios for a 3D game. This position absolutely requires experience designing and completing levels, though that experience need not be commercial. Must be comfortable designing levels both from scratch and from a design document. Qualifications: -publicly released levels for a first-person shooter -playable level portfolio Preference to applicants with: -game or film industry experience -shipped-title experience -familiarity with Unreal technology art pipeline -working knowledge of 2D art tools, such as Adobe Photoshop -working knowledge of 3D art tools, such as Max, Maya, or Lightwave If you'd like to apply for this role, or would like to know about others, please contact me and include your resume.
