| subject: Live Action 2D to 3D Conversion Project - VFX Artists , IMAX Corporation IMAX Corporation is looking for Live Action 2D to 3D Conversion Project - VFX Artists duration - 1-3 Months Job details: IMAX - Live Action 2D to 3D Conversion Project - VFX Artists IMAX is seeking a number of talented VFX Artists with television or film production experience to work on this exciting project. We offer a dynamic, fun and creative work environment with the potential for future opportunity. This project is expected to start-up early April through to the end of June. Technical qualifications: 1) Compositing Artists: Live action feature experience with Shake. Similar software packages may be considered (i.e. Digital Fusion, Inferno). Also looking for individuals with Shake or Boujou Tracker experience. 2) 3D Modelers/Animators: Experience with Maya is required. 3) Rotoscope Artists: Experience with Combustion or Shake is preferred; candidates proficient in Adobe After Effects and competent with digital files may be considered. Other requirements: *Proven ability to quickly learn and master proprietary software. *Proven ability to work under pressure. *Willingness to work overtime, shifts and on weekends if necessary. *Ability to take direction and work independently. *Flexible team player. Preference will be given to local candidates and those authorized to work in Canada.
