| So I finished my first model.. now its at its lowest poly level How do I proceed with rigging? I was going to uvmap this or should I now go ahead and rig this? |

| Yeah you could easily map a copy of it, and bind it to the same skeleton, and copy the weights from one skin to the one with the map applied |

| Well thats the next steps I guess after I rig this Then I wanna put the highpoly on another layer And have this lowpoly drive that |

| It would smmoth it out, and you can reweight them in areas you need, but you get away with less headache (faster response) that way I personnaly would rather copy the weights and reweight them because wrapdeformers are slow Mostly when you apply them And that means when you load it it will calculate for a minute (depending on the density) And you might get misdeformations |
