| subject: Media Artist , Splash Damage Ltd Splash Damage Ltd is looking for Media Artist duration - Full Time Job details: Media Artist Splash Damage's Media Artist will be responsible for the production of in-game publicity screenshots and gameplay movies/trailers for use in previews and reviews by magazines, websites, and television shows. Work with the Art Team to design and storyboard screenshots and movies Take feedback and direction and storyboard screenshots and movies Work with the Producer to determine schedule of deliverables, work to deadlines Essential Skills and Experience Proven experience with producing promotional materials Proven artistic background/experience and graphic design skills Strong talent for photography, video/film camera work, image composition and scene lighting in general Demonstrable experience in storyboarding Thorough knowledge of and experience with Photoshop and 3D packages Preferred Skills and Experience Experience in product photography Art-related degree Understanding of game engines, preferably first person engine experience Specialised experience in texture creation, animation, character rigging, vehicle design, environment design, architecture or anatomy Ability to set up and light scenes and render high quality stills of 3D models Ability to set up and light complex scenes for in-game screenshots Ability to direct and animate virtual cameras for in-game trailer production Experience with website design and maintenance Knowledge of up-to-date graphics technologies and their implementation In the first instance, you send your resume, preferably with a link to an online portfolio to jobs@splashdamage.com.
