| Hi. I know this isnt a photoshop question, but is there a way to have an image overlay on your screen on top of everything, always?... like a program that will make an image always on top, above other programs? |

| Kiffy20: yes. there are softwares that can put something always on top But the way windows interface is built, another "always on top" software can go on top of another always on top-software :) |
