| subject: Producer , Left Behind Games Left Behind Games is looking for Producer duration - Full Time Job details: Producer Left Behind Games is searching for a highly organized individual with excellent communication and project management skills to take command of an unannounced major title. The ideal candidate has prior experience producing AAA RPG and/or RTS titles and has a strong understanding of all areas of game development while maintaining a positive and humble attitude. Left Behind Games is located in Temecula California between Los Angeles and San Diego. Roles & Responsibilities: Shepherding the project through its entire development life-cycle Ensuring that the content of the game appeals to its target demographic. Working with upper management to balance game quality, schedule and budget. Helping to recruit additional exceptional personnel. Creating and maintaining relevant documentation and schedules Synchronizing the flow of communication and assets between all departments. Improving team efficiency. Helping to create and maintain a positive work environment for team. Qualifications: Experience with remote team management Must have shipped at least one AAA RTS or RPG title as a Producer Exceptional interpersonal, oral and written communication skills Great flexibility Strong multi-tasking. Unrelenting self-motivation and initiative Knowledge of the Left Behind book series a BIG plus.
