| subject: Production Coordinator , Nerd Corps Entertainment Nerd Corps Entertainment is looking for Production Coordinator duration - Indefinite Job details: Position: Production Coordinator Start Date: ASAP Department: Production We are looking for an energetic and enthusiastic individual to join our production team. Responsibilities: - Script distribution and tracking - Coordinate and Track client notes and ensure comments are addressed accordingly - Coordinate voice record sessions, such as casting, booking talent, contracts, and reconcile remittance forms - Review Final Animatics and transcribe As-Aired Scripts - Help oversee and assemble the delivery of all materials to networks - Help manage post production schedule and various stages prior to delivery - Update storyboard, production and post schedules as changes arise - Liaise with vendors and set up new accounts as needed - Coordinate Production Assistant’s tasks - Petty cash expenses and reconciliation - General office management, monitor facility maintenance and liaise with Building Manager with any repairs as needed Qualifications: · Excellent interpersonal communication skills (both verbal and written) · Proactive to anticipate the needs of production · Great team player · Highly organized with an ability to multitask · Great attention to details · Thrive in a high pressure, deadline-oriented environment · 2+ years experience in production environment and/or office · Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office · Touch typing Note: Successful applicant must be a Canadian citizen or possess landed immigrant status and be willing to work at Nerd Corps Studio in Vancouver, Canada.
