The Project Manager, Content Acquisition Group is responsible for managing key titles while minimizing technical and business risks. DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES: Integrate AGEIA into development teams daily workflow and key decisions by creating direct relationship with development teams of key titles and their publisher counterparts Track milestones of key titlesdesignate and execute upon corresponding action items for AGEIA Plan for and mobilize AGEIAs engineering support for each key title across multiple internal groups Create and maintain project plan reports for each key title Identify resource needs, establish costs and propose internal or external solutions Work with AGEIA account management to prepare assets in support of company marketing efforts REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE: 3+ years project management/production experience in videogame industry with responsibility for producing at least 2 shipped games Strong project management methodology experience Exemplary verbal and written communication skills Demonstrated consultative customer management skills, including expectation setting, joint problem resolution Ability to mobilize resources across distinct groups to achieve goals Conduct technical and business discussions in English and in one or more European languages Familiar with artist tools such as Maya, Max and Photoshop Skilled with managing test teams and working with outsourced service providers Willingness to travel up to 2 weeks per month DESIRED SKILLS: Formal training in process management Knowledge of the fundamentals of game development, including programming, art creation, tools and game design Hands on experience with Direct 3D and/or Open GL MINIMUM LEVEL OF EDUCATION: BS/BS in related field Location: Mountain View, California, United States Contact info: http://www.ageia.com Phone: 314-633-1800 E-mail: jobs@ageia.com |
