| subject: QA Manager , Konami Digital Entertainment Konami Digital Entertainment is looking for QA Manager duration - Full Time Job details: QA Manager Konami Digital Entertainment is seeking a QA Manager with at least 5 years of industry experience to set up and maintain controls and documentation, defining procedures in conjunction with operating staff and working methodically to establish a clearly defined system that all staff can apply Job Duties Include: - promoting quality achievement and performance and improvement across the organization - maintaining a constant awareness of the business context and company profitability, including budgetary control issues - working closely with customer support group in establishing quality requirements from customers - ensuring compliance with 1st parties (hardware licensor such Sony, Nintendo, Microsoft.), international standards, market oriented issues and legislation - agreeing in-house standards - pinpointing relevant quality-related training needs - collating and analyzing performance data and charts against defined parameters - liaising with other managers and staff, particularly in areas such as design, production and purchasing - ensuring tests and procedures are properly understood, carried out and evaluated and that product modifications are investigated if necessary - supervising technical staff in carrying out tests and checks, often in a laboratory environment - writing technical and management system reports - bringing together staff of different disciplines and driving the group to plan, formulate and agree comprehensive quality procedures - persuading sometimes experienced and reluctant staff to change their way of working to incorporate quality methods Location: El Segundo, California, United States Contact info: 2381 Rosecrans Avenue, Suite 200 El Segundo, CA 90245-4922 http://www.konami.com Phone: 310-220-8143 Fax: 310-220-8090 E-mail: kdehr@konami.com |
