WEBZEN America, Inc. is looking for Quality Assurance Manager duration - Full Time Job details: Quality Assurance Manager WEBZEN America, Inc., is currently searching for a Software Quality Assurance Manager to build and manage its QA department in Los Angeles California. The QA Manager will be responsible for all quality controls for WEBZEN America, and will be responsible for setting appropriate project expectations, meeting deadlines and managing resources. Primary Duties and Responsibilities: Responsible for planning, organizing, and overseeing the organization's quality assurance department to ensure that products meet all quality standards. Implements testing policies, procedures and standards. Works to design and implement predictable processes to measure and maintain quality standards and procedures. Ensures that defects are properly tracked and recommends corrective action. Directs the development of projects, test scripts, and test plans. Accountable for short and long term QA planning and testing schedules for all titles prior to their release. Responsible for the day-to-day activities within the quality assurance department and responsible for the development of the QA Team. Defines and implements QA department objectives, policies and goals. Develops, coaches, and trains QA team members. Manages assigned QA activities, including software engineering quality assurance and testing. Responsible for establishing testing schedules, testing priorities, testing timelines and directing/re-directing QA manpower distribution. Interfaces with Project Leads, Analysts, Development, Support Teams and Executive Management to gather technical product information, understand product functionality, communicate test results and resolve quality issues.
