Requirements: Establish and continuously manage Quality Assurance Strategy and Process Establish and develop Quality Assurance Organization Act as team leader and liaison between key development groups (Art, Programming, Design) Create detailed tracking reports to track errors and resolutions Experience with automated testing Technical understanding of development process and key components as necessary to facilitate defect assignment Knowledge of full life cycle software development process and software testing methodology Knowledge of database reporting techniques 3 Years of experience as a QA manager or QA lead on content-rich products Experience working with international teams and product localization Excellent communication, management and leadership skills A bachelors degree from an accredited university Plusses: Coding or design experience Console game experience MMO game experience Shipped titles If you qualify, mail your resume to: hr@kingsisle.com.
