| subject: Readiness Manager , Apple Apple is looking for Readiness Manager duration - Full-Time Job details: -Drives Logistics readiness for new product launches , new location and geo expansions and major projects impacting logistics -Facilitates the Logistics readiness core team forum and responsible for readiness briefings to Logistics Director on formal go no go for key logistics readiness events -Works closely with internal transportation and distribution teams and external partners to drive shipping point issues log related to shipping systems and documentation -Sets and maintains AMR logistics standards for Shipping systems and documentation . Drives compliance to these standards as part of readiness and issues log reviews -Interfaces between regional logistics management and WW Logistics and packaging design teams to drive AMR logistics requirements for packaging . Sets and audit logistics requirements for cartons , case-packs , repacks ,pallets , Ocean/Air containers specifications across all shipping locations -Work cross functionally with WW and other regional logistics groups , BPR and regional transportation , distribution ,supply/demand and customer facing teams to drive development and maintenance of logistics customer specific requirements -Facilitates QBRs ( Quarterly Business Reviews) with OEMs to review logistics support activity at the back docks and also provide a platform to review carrier and OEM interface issues -Participates in Ingram QBRs and provides feedback on rating and performance related to Ingrams alignment with shipping point systems , documentation and customer service requirements -Participate in carrier ( Bulk and Integrator) QBRs and provides feedback on rating and performance related to carrier alignment with shipping point systems , documentation and customer service requirements -Works cross functionally with WW and regional teams to provide project lead support and SME ( Subject matter expertise) inputs for key projects impacting logistics operations BS in Operations Management, Industrial Engineering or related field.
