| subject: Recruiter , Digital Domain Digital Domain is looking for Recruiter Starting Date: ASAP , duration - Permanent Job details: Digital Domain is seeking a Recruiter to source, network, and build relationships with computer (digital) artists for Feature Film, Commercial, and Music Video projects. The ideal candidate will possess 1 - 2 years either in a recruiting or visual effects production environment. This position requires someone who is able to meet tight deadlines and prioritize and has the ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced production environment. Strong computer skills and internet proficiency are essential. Responsibilities include sourcing; networking; relationship building; screening digital artist reels; facilitating viewing of reels by creative (2D, 3D, Character Animation, etc.) and technology (Technical Directors, Software, etc.) managers; scheduling interviews; and hiring for exempt and non-exempt positions. This position reports to the Director Human Resources and Recruitment.
