| subject: Sales and Business Development , iWin, Inc. iWin, Inc. is looking for Sales and Business Development duration - Full Time Job details: Sales and Business Development Position Summary This is a primary sales and new business development position responsible for expanding iWins worldwide publishing business. Pursue hot and cold leads and sign new opportunities that maximize revenue for iWin games on new platforms, in new channels, and in new territories around the world. This is a KEY position within the company with an opportunity for career growth for a driven and dedicated sales professional. Responsibilities Increase sales and business development opportunities in North America, Europe, and Asia Pacific in the following areas: 1. PC online and offline retail distribution channels and resellers, OEM, bundle and licensing opportunities. 2. Consoles Nintendos Wii & Virtual Console, Sonys PS3 and EDI, Microsofts Xbox 360 and Live Arcade 3. Handheld Nintendo DS, Sony PSP, Multimedia devices (iPod, MP3 players, etc.) 4. Outbound IP Licensing and Alternative Platforms and Channels 5. Mobile Manage all aspects of a complex sales cycle including relationship management with senior executives. Drive and own all sales activities. Proactively prospect, qualify, present, submit proposals, negotiate, close and transition signed accounts to the Major Accounts and Marketing Manager. Hit quarterly revenue targets and quotas. Provide market intelligence and recommendations to senior management on how to generate more revenue for iWins products and on competitors' activities. Manage leads, opportunities, and reporting in Salesforce.com or similar tool to provide revenue forecasting and sales volume for each opportunity. 20-25% travel required to close key opportunities and attend 24 industry events per year. Qualifications The ideal candidate will have experience in the following areas in order or priority. 2-3 years of sales and/or business development experience with a traditional game publisher such as Electronic Arts, Activision, Microsoft, Vivendi, Sega, Sony, Atari, Ubisoft, Midway, Namco, etc. Cross platform experience with mass market or mainstream games (PC, Console, Handheld, Mobile, etc.). Experience with distribution partners, territory partners, and outbound licensing partners in North America, Europe, and/or Asia Pacific Casual Games industry experience Strong Rolodex Must possess refined communication, persuasion and presentation skills. Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook, etc. Education 4 year degree or equivalent required Compensation commensurate with experience.
