| subject: Senior Animator, Edge of Reality Edge of Reality is looking for Senior Animator Starting Date: Immediately, duration - Permanent, full time, onsite Job details: Edge of Reality is looking for a Senior Animator to help create dynamic character animations for 2 of the next gen projects that we currently have in development. The Senior Animator will report to the Lead Animator while mentoring and training junior animators in a collaborative environment. Requirements: Exceptional understanding of animation theory, and the ability to Animate Characters (and objects) to an extremely HIGH level of quality in a 3D software package (Maya preferred). Setting the standard for Lower level animators on the team. Extensive knowledge of Character rigging and weighting. 5 year minimum experience as an animator in Video games or related Industry, with a minimum of 2 shipped titles. DEMO REEL THAT SHOWS 3D ANIMATION IS REQUIRED. PREFERRED ADDITIONAL SKILLS Experience managing others Ability to effectively teach others.
