| subject: Senior Producer , America's Army America's Army is looking for Senior Producer duration - Full Time Job details: Senior Producer Qualifications: 5+ year's experience in the game industry Extensive prior experience in game development Must have shipped at least one AAA title as a Senior Producer or in a Producer supporting role Ability to communicate effectively with all team personnel Experience w/ the Unreal Engine (or comparable 3D game engine and development tools) Experience managing teams and meeting project milestones Has a demonstrable understanding of game software development processes Adept at managing game development pipelines Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills is a must. Is self-motivated and shows creative initiative Experience with online technologies and multiplayer systems a plus An intense passion for games of all types with FPS genre in particular. Strong time management skills with a proven ability to focus on priorities, risk assessment, problem solving, handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
