Responsibilities: 1. Design or Assist in the Creative Game Design of one or more products in all areas to include: Establishing, maintaining, and guiding the creative direction of one or more games and relaying that vision to the internal and external members of the development team. Producing gameplay content in the game production phase of one or more products. Designing any element of one or more assigned games. 2. Contribute to current and future Product Development needs. This contribution would include: Reviewing and evaluating product concepts and designs for acquisition. Reviewing and evaluating competitive products. Creating and presenting new game concepts for development as needed. Assisting the Creative Directors in identifying and creating techniques, structures and tools used to guide and encourage the evolution of game design within the studio. Requirements: Skills: Interpersonal, facilitation, and communication skills. Game Design process knowledge. Written communication skills, ability to convey abstract concepts. Understanding of the technical aspects of product development and their relationships to game design.
