(SCEA) is looking for Sony PlayStation: Game Test Manager duration - Full Time Job details: Sony PlayStation: Game Test Manager Responsibilities: Supervise FPQA First Party Titles to include: * Managing the testing methodology and scope of testing for each title during different test stages and help organize the goals of the title and its scheduling while in FPQA. * Organize and allocate a test team for each title schedule for testing. * Responsibility to ensure each title is tested as follows: unit testing, integration testing, system testing, acceptance testing. * Identify and track the progress of the title during the testing cycle. * Help to ensure each title adheres to FPQA guidelines and procedures in order to allow for quality control during the testing process. * Provide necessary feedback to PD studios, FPQA, PDIT and other parties involved on the title during the testing process. * Develop and execute testing protocols. * Expand on test documentation for better results during the testing methodology. * Facilitate fixes through software development lifecycle. * Help train test team on documentation of processes, scenarios and operating guidelines. * Be sure a Master Test Plan is completed per title. * Develop test plan outline. * Be sure test teams adhere to a Test Planning Template based on each title while they are developing test plans or cases. Requirements: * Previous Game Test Management experience. * Experience in testing and development of systems applications. * Specific experience developing and executing test protocols on complex systems should include understanding multiple technologies, custom and commercial software integrated applications when applicable.
