| subject: Sr. Animator , FLW International LLC FLW International LLC is looking for Sr. Animator Starting Date: ASAP , duration - permanent Job details: FLW is a growing, dynamic and innovative company where your contributions will matter. We are seeking a full-time, experienced senior animator to join our expanding creative. The senior animator will work closely with FLW\'s Senior Creative Director in the creation of rich content for both web and mobile applications. The person we seek will play an active role in the development of characters, environments and animating. A proven and successful track record within the character/environment development and animation market is a requisite. Good communication skills, a positive attitude and the ability to meet deadlines are critical. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Flash Professional (release 7 and 8), Maya(release 7) Photoshop CS and/or CS2, Illustrator CS and/or CS2 and some skills in After Effects or post production video editing software. The ability to design and create characters and environments as well as animate within a 3d as well as 2d environment is required. The Senior Animator must have strong character design and development skills as well as strong environment design and development skills. Strong animating abilities is required. The Senior Animator must be able to leverage and contribute to existing ideas and designs. Requirements: 3 - 5 years of industry-related experience. A BFA in Media Arts and/or Animation. Ability to work in a team environment Proficient in 2d and 3d environments Must have excellent drawing and color skills. Proficient in the following software applications: Autodesk Maya Macromedia Flash Adobe Photoshop Adobe Illustrator Adobe After Effects Comprehension of the following Operating Systems: OS X and Windows Must be able to take direction. Fluency in English Must be a US citizen or resident with valid, up to date documentation. Please send samples of portfolio. Roles & Responsibilities: Work with Senior Creative Director and other artists on multiple projects. Design and create characters and environments as well as animate within a 3d and 2d environment.
