Sommelier Selection Inc. is looking for System/Database Admin Starting Date: May/June 2006 Job details: Manage, configure, organize and maintain databases; Create, delete and mange user IDs; Manage server, backup, recovery, and maintenance; Monitor database and applications server performance; Generate Database list/reports to satisfy user articulated requirements; Provide technical guidance to users; Handle telemarketers and encoders to execute yearly projects; Provide users with network and desktop technical support; Install, upgrade and configure computers, applications, and network connectivity. Requirements: Knowledge, Skills, Abilities: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information System or Business Information Systems or a closely related field. Experience administering workstation. Prior experience with system/database administration is highly recommended. At least one year supervisory capacity is recommended. ?-Experience in troubleshooting computers and network problems. Experience in a Mac environment is a huge plus.
