| subject: Technical Director , WebKinz/Ganz WebKinz/Ganz is looking for Technical Director Starting Date: ASAP , duration - Permanent Job details: WebKinz, a new and exciting interactive childrens Internet application, is expanding and has a permanent opportunity for a Technical Director. We need a dynamic, results-driven Technical Director to manage a team of approximately 20 programmers and system administrators in the development and maintenance of a multi-media Internet/Website. Your responsibilities will include ensuring the ongoing technical and functional integrity of this cutting edge website. You will also represent the team at high-level status meetings with senior management. You are comfortable in a systems analyst role, creating database structure and network architecture. In addition to excellent leadership skills, you will have several years experience in a combination of managing developers and managing complex websites and interactive applications using programs and languages such as Flash, ActionScript, PHP and MySQL, in a Unix environment. Excellent communication skills, as well as flexibility and strong team building skills are necessary. Familiarity with childrens PC and online gaming would be an asset.
