| subject: VT-Operator , rush post international rush post international is looking for VT-Operator Starting Date: 01.06.2006 , duration - initial 2 year contract Job details: We are a 20 year old+ leading post production company with facilities in Canada, USA, Germany, Spain, Kuwait, Singapore and Australia. We are based in West London. For our new facilities in Dubai, the bustling heart of the middle east, we are looking for 2 VT-Operators with at least 3 years experience working within a broadcast facilities VT environment. Experience of basic editing as well as an affinity for audio and video is a must, as would a demonstrable interest in Television technology generally. A working knowledge of multimedia packages would be an advantage. Requirements: Duties will include: Daily operations assisting directly with the Effects & Compositing, Editing and Finishing, Digital Color Grading departments, providing them with access and assistance to the main control room. The creation of broadcast standard output, including compression and delivery for the world wide web. Keeping an immaculate and readily availible archive. A shift system will be in place but occasional evenings and weekends may be required.
