Job details: Responsibilities:

Level 1 technical support to end users. Initial troubleshooting of end user problems and installation of Macintosh and Windows software/hardware.
I/O: Data transfer and housekeeping.
Light Database Administration. Configure/Manage FileMaker Pro database for project tracking.
Video and Data tape I/O. Assist in video delivery and backup management.
Requirements: The ideal candidate will have the following:
At least 2-3 Years professional experience in IT.
Excellent troubleshooting, data gathering, and problem resolution skills
Excellent interpersonal skills
Solid working knowledge of Mac OS X and Windows operating systems and associated hardware.
Experience with the following: Unix command line, Unix shell scripting, Applescript, and Filemaker databases.
Must be flexible, pro-active and have the propensity to learn new technologies.
