Job details: Casino Careers Online has a client seeking a candidate for a 3D Artist III position.
The position description is as follows:
Create animation, modeling character and game elements for future interactive base and multi-player bonus games. A specialist in one or all of the following 3D disciplines: animation, set-up/rigging, lighting, texturing, and modeling.
Create and animate logos and symbol designs. Possess and use all 3 specialty areas: modeling, rigging, and animation (Advanced in 1 area and a knowledge of other 2 areas). Advanced creativity and complex graphics; work on a variety of products that require complex animation (with many art styles); Work toward multiple projects or goals and objectives. Provide direction or training to team members as needed.
Work directly with Engineers to develop multi-player game theme concepts and evaluate new tools and techniques for next generation product offerings.
Requirements: High school graduate plus 7+ experience in art or graphics; subject matter expert in the following: cinematic skills, movement, expressions; the of value of animation to games, character of life, and purpose of product; product basic computer skills; strong animation background with 3D depth, transition, etc; conceptual strengths; visualizes animated end product; offers recommendations; understands game concepts. Detail orientated and ability to work independently on complex, high-level scenes. Possess the ability to work under minimal instruction on routine assignments and minimal instructions on new assignments. Strong computer skills and Direct X knowledge desired.
