Job details: Responsibilities include
1. completely responsible for the division's functions and growth
2. Should be capable of handling advance modules in Maya/Max
3. Should be spear-heading the Research and development connected to the Academy
4. Should be a hands-on Technical person
5. Required to be highly creative
6. Team building and recruitment
7. Upgrade Trainers
8. Design and implement new programs

Requirements: High skills and tool Proficiency requirement in the following
1. High skills in Modeling, Texturing, rigging
and animation
2. Good tool and process knowledge
3. Should have knowledge specifically in, Advance modules like, Fur, Cloth, Fluids and Character Animation
4. Should have good knowledge of Human and Animal Anatomy with traditional drawing skills
