Lead a state of the art Game Studio in San Francisco, California.
The Director of the Game Studio (DGS) will have direct responsibility for the definition, design, implementation and delivery of all games products by leading the game studio teams in both the United States and the United Kingdom.
Required skills:
- Demonstrated experience with successfully building technology-based content creation divisions.
− Minimum of five years senior management experience in either: internet/interactive, multi-media, and/or consumer game creation.
− Minimum of eight years experience managing complex product teams.
− Vision, talent and passion to evolve interactive content and design.
− Strong presentation skills the ability to articulate, present, and sell ideas to clients.
− Ability to build strong client relationships.
− Proven ability to motivate department leads.
− Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
− Outstanding negotiation and people management skills.
− Extensive cross-discipline/cross-functional project management.
− Personable, poised, high-energy thrive in a fast-paced startup environment aligned to a Corporate entity.
− Bachelor's degree at a minimum in a related field
− MBA or Master's degree strongly preferred
